We have for review the trial courts denial of Appellants motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm the summary denial of five of Appellants claims without further discussion. We must reverse the summary denial of Appellants claim that counsel was ineffective for failing to properly advise Appellant of the statutory maximum before he rejected the States three-year plea offer.
